Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose. Any breach of the Terms may result in an immediate termination of services.
2. Products and Availability
All of our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.
We make every effort to accurately display our products online, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect colours or details precisely.
3. Jewellery Materials & Care
Our jewellery is primarily gold-plated, silver-plated, or sterling silver. Each product page lists the relevant material details. As with all plated jewellery, tarnishing or fading may occur over time, particularly if care instructions are not followed.
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying products such as lotions or perfumes. Store pieces in a dry, cool place when not in use, ideally in the original by sass pouch.
4. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
We do not claim that our jewellery is hypoallergenic. Customers with known metal sensitivities should carefully review material details before purchasing. By sass is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritation caused by wearing our products.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as made available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities per person, household or order.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Mackay, QLD within 1–2 business days. We use Sendle for tracked delivery within Australia. You may choose standard or express shipping at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. A street address is required.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.
7. Returns & Faults
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on earrings.
For other items, store credit may be offered if a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item is in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days. We will assess your claim under Australian Consumer Law and offer a suitable remedy (repair, replacement or refund).

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product names, images, branding, and text, is the property of by sass and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, by sass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
