Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose. Any breach of the Terms may result in an immediate termination of services.
2. Products and Availability
All of our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.
We make every effort to accurately display our products online, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect colours or details precisely. Slight variations in colour, print placement and dye between batches may occur and are a normal characteristic of swimwear, not a fault.
3. Swimwear Materials, Fit & Care
Our swimwear is made from premium polyester / spandex blend fabrics. Exact composition is listed on each product page.
Because fit varies between body shapes, we strongly encourage you to consult our size guide before purchasing and to measure yourself for the best result. Listed measurements are a guide only.
To keep your pieces in the best condition, we recommend:
- Rinsing in cold, fresh water as soon as possible after each wear.
- Hand washing in cold water; do not machine wash, tumble dry, wring or iron.
- Drying flat in the shade, away from direct heat and sunlight.
Please note that sunscreen, fake tan, self-tanner, oils, chlorine, spa chemicals and prolonged sun exposure can cause discolouration, fading, staining or loss of elasticity over time, and rough surfaces may cause pilling or snagging. This is the nature of swimwear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as made available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities per person, household or order.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from [Gold Coast, QLD] within 1–2 business days. We use Sendle and Australia Post for tracked delivery within Australia. You may choose standard or express shipping at checkout, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.
International orders: any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. These are set by your local authorities and are outside our control. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

6. Returns & Faults
We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't quite right, change-of-mind returns may be available within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and - for hygiene reasons - with the hygiene liner still intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days. We will assess your claim under Australian Consumer Law and provide a suitable remedy (repair, replacement or refund), and we cover return postage on faulty items.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product names, images, branding, and text, is the property of by sass and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, by sass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
