How long will my items take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.
Once your items have been dispatched, you'll receive an estimated delivery date via email, along with your tracking link.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. We use Sendle, and you can view their estimated delivery times here. Delays may occur during busy periods or to remote areas.
Will my items be tracked?
Yep! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. All parcels are fully trackable via Sendle. If you haven’t received your tracking info, check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us at hello@bysassau.com.au.
Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! Standard tracked shipping is free on all Australian orders over $150.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide via Sendle. Orders are dispatched from Mackay, QLD, with standard and express options available at checkout.
We do not ship outside of Australia... yet.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a street address at checkout.
Can I return my items?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings. Store credit may be available on other eligible items. If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days.

How should I care for my pieces?
To preserve the finish of your plated jewellery, we recommend:
- Avoiding water, perfume, lotions, sweat and chemical or abrasive cleaners.
- Storing in a dry place, ideally in your by sass pouch.
- Gently wiping after wear with a soft cloth.
Can I shower and swim in my pieces?
Our jewellery is not designed to be worn in water. We dip our pieces in waterproof coating, and some pieces may hold up well with occasional exposure, though regular contact with water or chemicals will reduce the lifespan of plated finishes.
What materials are the pieces made from?
Our pieces are nickel and lead free for sensitive skin. We use a range of materials, including;
- 14k gold-plated alloys (copper based)
- Sterling silver-plated alloys (brass based)
- 925 sterling silver, plated in 18K gold
- 925 sterling silver
